1. Services

73 Labs provides digital marketing infrastructure for home service businesses, including website development, paid advertising management, SEO and GEO optimization, automation, invoicing, and reputation management.

2. Subscription & Billing

All plans are billed monthly. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Ad spend is billed separately and paid directly to Google, Meta, or other advertising platforms.

3. Ownership

You own your domain, your website code, your content, and your data. If you cancel your subscription, all assets transfer to you. We do not hold websites, domains, or data hostage.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

73 Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
